Are your response times guaranteed?
Yes. Listing optimised within 7 days. First content proposed within 72 hours (Standard and Premium). Every new review handled within 24 hours: reply published, or submitted for your approval. Otherwise, the following month is free. Optimising your listing covers the categories, description, opening hours (bank holidays included), attributes, your menu or services as text (not only as a photo), the booking link, your photos, a first post and replies to pending reviews from the last 12 months. We also check that your name, address, phone number and opening hours are the same on your website, Facebook, Instagram and Apple Maps, and we tell you about any differences. Times run from when you hand over access and your first photos (terms of sale, section 10). Your rating, on the other hand, depends on your customers: nobody can honestly guarantee it.
What is published without me?
In Essential, nothing is published without your approval. In Standard and Premium, replies to your reviews are published for you: replies to 4- and 5-star reviews under the rules approved at set-up, replies to 1- to 3-star reviews by our team, who check them, publish them and let you know. By subscribing, you authorise us to publish these replies in your name, in the tone approved at set-up; you can ask to see or correct any of them. In Standard, your content is published after you approve it. In Premium, you agree in writing at set-up that we may publish without your reply: content you haven't replied to 48 hours after we send it is published. You can decline that content before it goes out, and stop this arrangement with a simple email. In every plan, a sensitive review (health, accident, threat, accusation) is never published automatically: a person on our team takes care of it. In Essential, they propose the reply to you; in Standard and Premium, they reply, publish and let you know.
Will an AI reply with any old thing?
No. Our content is based on the information you have approved. No commercial claim (price, offer, allergens...) is published without your consent.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
Never. You add us as a manager and remove us whenever you like.
Pay yearly or monthly?
Yearly, each month costs you less: €79 excl. VAT instead of €95 excl. VAT for Essential, i.e. €192 saved a year. The subscription renews unless cancelled before the end date. Monthly, you stop whenever you like. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time.
Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. The request goes to all your customers, without filtering, and nobody sets your staff a review quota: Google's rules forbid it.
Do you follow Google's rules?
Yes. We never add keywords to your listing's name: Google can suspend a listing for that. We don't filter reviews, and we promise neither a rating nor the removal of a review.
Will you get me recommended by ChatGPT?
We can't promise that. We make your information complete and identical where these tools can look for it: your Google listing (your menu as text included), Apple Maps and your social accounts. What they answer after that, nobody can guarantee.
Do my photos and content belong to me?
Yes. You remain the owner of your photos, your texts and your brand. The posts, replies and videos prepared for you remain yours to use for your business, even after the contract ends.
What happens if I stop?
We cancel scheduled posts that have not gone out yet, stop sending emails on your behalf and stop using your access. You then remove our access to your Google Business Profile and your social accounts.
What if I need more content?
Once your plan's limit is reached, new photos stay in your client area and are used the following month. We can suggest the higher plan: nothing changes without your written agreement.
How do I send my photos and videos?
From your client area, on your phone, up to 10 photos at a time. For Premium videos, a filming guide is waiting for you in the client area.
How much is a better rating worth?
We don't promise it. A study by Michael Luca (Harvard Business School, 2011) on restaurants rated on Yelp gives an order of magnitude: estimate it with our simulator, and read its limits.
